As a former professional ballet dancer, David offers a unique set of skills and a wide range of experience that sets him apart in the competitive and dynamic real estate market.

David is a top producing associate broker licensed in both Florida and Georgia, and offers buyers, sellers, and investors excellence in service, and a wide breadth of knowledge regarding the swiftly evolving world of real estate. He is part of "The Blumenfeld Group" within the Method team that includes his brother, an associate broker, his sister-in-law, and his mother.

He received his dance training at the School of American Ballet in New York City, and danced for most of his professional career with the Atlanta Ballet, where he danced principal roles in numerous productions. He received a B.A. in Anthropology from Georgia State University with honors, and earned a masters degree in International Relations from the American University of Paris. David is also fluent in French.
