Atlanta native, Josh Van Pelt, graduated from The University of Georgia in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He grew up in Roswell with his parents and three younger siblings. Throughout his life, one of Josh's biggest influences was his dad, an accomplished home builder. A seed was planted early, and Josh's passion for real estate continued to grow into adulthood.
