Tara Marchisello -Velez, has been a licensed Realtor since 2015. She is licensed in Florida and Georgia with a vast amount of knowledge of the market. Tara began her Real Estate career with a thirst for knowledge. She became a mentor of new agents, a tech trainer, an Assistant Manager of a 95-agent office, and finally a Sales Manager of three real estate offices with approximately 150 agents.

Tara has held several volunteer positions within the local, state, and national Realtor boards of which include, an MLS Board Member, Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee, RPAC committee member, Chair of the Safety Sub-Committee, and Director of Florida Realtors.

Previous to becoming a Realtor, Tara was a Police Officer in the Palm Beach County area of Florida. Serving 13 years as a Police Officer in her community. The skills that Tara has obtained through her ten-year career with the police department served in providing the best possible results within her real estate career.

Her initiative, sense of ethics, respect and knowledge of laws, communication skills, common sense, civility, service mentality, humility, controlled temper, and thirst for new knowledge have strengthened her abilities as a Realtor.
